Joined BOKA in 2022. Spent several years in investment banking (M&A) at Goldman Sachs (London), where he executed landmark European chemicals and healthcare transactions, including ChemChina's $47bn acquisition of Syngenta, alongside several buy- and sellside mandates and capital markets transactions. At MorphoSys AG (acquired by Novartis), served as Associate Director of Corporate Finance and M&A, executing a range of strategic M&A, capital markets, and venture transactions, including the $1.7bn acquisition of Nasdaq-listed Constellation Pharmaceuticals. Began his career at Armira Partners, where he worked on the leveraged buyout of a German defense business. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from EBS Universität in Oestrich-Winkel.
