Risk of Loss
The investment strategies pursued by BOKA Group as described on this Site entail various, substantial risks. These risks relate to, among other things, and without limitation, the highly competitive market for investments; dependence on BOKA Group’s ability to identify and consummate suitable investments and effectively manage, and dispose of, such investments; general risks associated with investments and their business operations; changes in economic or market conditions and legal, regulatory or tax requirements or status; reliance on third parties; risks associated with particular industries, sectors or investment types; the costs associated with investing and BOKA's management of investments and the dependence on BOKA Group personnel.

Forward-Looking Statements and Past Performance
The contents of the Site may contain forward-looking statements or statements of opinion or intention, which can be identified by the use of forward-looking terminology such as “may,” “can,” “will,” “would,” “should,” “seek,” “expect,” “anticipate,” “forecast,” “project,” “estimate,” “potential,” “intend,” “continue,” “target,” “plan” or “believe” or the negatives thereof or other variations thereon or comparable terminology. Such statements, including those relating to current and future market conditions and trends, are not historical facts and are based on beliefs, assumptions, current expectations, estimates, and projections about the financial industry, the economy, BOKA Group itself or its investments. These statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve certain risks, uncertainties and assumptions that are difficult to predict with regard to timing, extent, likelihood and degree of occurrence. Therefore, actual results and outcomes may materially differ from what may be expressed or forecasted in, forward-looking statements. Such statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors, and undue reliance should not be placed thereon. In addition, important factors that, in our view, could cause actual results to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking statements include risks relating to our dependence on certain key personnel, our ability to raise new funds and other products, market conditions generally, our ability to manage our growth, investment performance, changes in our regulatory environment and tax status, the variability of our revenues, net income and cash flow, our use of leverage to finance our businesses and investments by our funds and other clients and litigation risks, among others.

BOKA Group undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise. Furthermore, past performance is not indicative of future results; no representation is being made that any investment will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those achieved in the past, or that significant losses will be avoided. Any views reflected on this Site are subject to change without notice.
Statements

Certain statements on this Site are made by current or former employees, operating executives, senior advisors, or portfolio company executives of BOKA Group (“Executives”). Because BOKA Group may hold ownership interests and/or governance rights in portfolio companies, and because Executives may receive compensation or other benefits from BOKA Group, its funds, or its portfolio companies, such individuals may have incentives to present BOKA Group in a positive light. These potential conflicts of interest should be taken into account when considering any such statements.
The views expressed are those of the individuals concerned, may not be shared by others in similar positions, and should not be regarded as representative of all portfolio company executives or advisors. Experiences may differ, and there is no guarantee that BOKA Group’s work with other companies will produce similar results.

While some portfolio company executives may also be investors in BOKA Group-managed vehicles, the statements provided here are intended to reflect their experiences as portfolio company executives, not as investors. Certain portfolio companies discussed were controlled by BOKA Group as of the dates such statements were made.
