Founded BOKA in 2022. Served as board director of ALL.SPACE from 2023 to 2026, through to the company's strategic combination with York Space Systems (NYSE: YSS). Previously served as CEO of two NYSE-listed SPACs, including Fusion Acquisition Corp., which merged with MoneyLion (NYSE: ML) at a $2.9bn valuation. Co-founded ScalaMed, a medtech business, leading it through to its acquisition by Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH), and founded BetaSmartz, a global fintech company, where he continues to serve as Chairman. Track record spans building and leading public and private market ventures and technology businesses through to exit. Began his career at Anglo-Suisse Capital (London), managing equities portfolios and advising on M&A transactions, following service as a reserve officer in the UK Royal Naval Reserve.
